Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP audiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences while leveraging AI tools to enhance client relationships and drive measurable sales outcomes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and accounts expanded
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo or equivalent
- Daily use of generative AI tools, with prompt engineering skills required
- Experience with automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Make.com
- STEM or quantitative degree in a relevant field; strong non-STEM candidates with a data track record also considered
