Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences for high-value relationships, utilizing generative AI tools to drive measurable sales outcomes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows that connect outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, ensuring VIP contact records are accurate and actionable
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Experience in the B2B SaaS or tech services industry
- Hands-on experience with outreach automation platforms like Apollo, Clay, or similar
- Proficiency in a CRM platform such as HubSpot or Salesforce
