CRM Specialist
Job Summary
Owning CRM execution for VIP Audiences & Experiences, the full-time remote CRM Senior Specialist will build and automate outreach sequences, utilize AI tools for engagement, and track sales pipeline outcomes to influence revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences across various channels for VIP account segments
- Maintain AI-assisted automation workflows connecting outreach, CRM, and data enrichment tools
- Track and report on pipeline outcomes, including meetings booked and accounts expanded
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or outbound marketing
- Experience with outreach automation platforms such as Apollo, Clay, or equivalent
- Hands-on use of generative AI and LLM tools, with prompt engineering skills required
- Experience with automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, or Make.com
- STEM or quantitative degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or Physics
