Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Specialist in the United States for a full-time remote marketing position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the execution of lifecycle campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages, interstitials, and emails
  • Manage deployment calendar and campaign prioritization to ensure timely delivery and adherence to best practices
  • Monitor channels health and deliverability metrics to ensure messages are delivered accurately and on time
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a retention marketing role
  • Strong grasp of ESPs, preferably experience with tools such as Braze, Iterable, or LeanPlum
  • Strong attention to detail and a no-task-too-small mentality
  • BA, preferably in related fields of marketing or business
  • Experience in IP warming and IP health is a plus
