A company is looking for a CRM Specialist (Contract, Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Create templated transactional and marketing emails for B2C and B2B
Set up new journeys in Iterable and monitor email sends monthly
Work cross functionally on CRM-related projects and communicate updates to customer and merchant facing teams

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in email marketing
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Knowledge of and experience with Iterable
Proficient in HTML
Experience with audience segmentation and building customer journeys
