Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize customer journeys and email marketing performance using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build customized customer journeys in Marketing Cloud utilizing data extensions and advanced automation
  • Optimize Salesforce reporting and automations to enhance CRM and marketing KPIs
  • Execute technical production and deployment tasks in SFMC, ensuring flawless delivery of campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development/administration
  • Strong database and data extension knowledge for targeting and segmentation
  • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is highly preferred
