CRM Strategist

Job Summary

Supporting the strategic planning and execution of CRM and email marketing programs, the remote CRM Strategist will manage campaign execution, develop detailed campaign briefs, and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CRM Strategy Lead in planning and executing email and CRM programs across multiple institutions
• Monitor campaign performance and develop actionable recommendations for optimization based on data analysis
• Manage A/B test design and analysis, documenting learnings for future campaign planning

Required qualifications

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing within a multi-brand environment
• Proficiency in enterprise email marketing systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Marketo
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance data and A/B testing methodology
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of HTML email specifications and deliverability requirements
• Familiarity with higher education enrollment or healthcare marketing is preferred
