Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of CRM Strategy in the Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement innovative business trends for successful CRM campaigns
Oversee strategic planning and creation of CRM campaigns through multiple channels
Develop and manage operational goals, monitor performance, and achieve customer service objectives

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 21 years of age
At least 2 years of Digital Commerce experience in B2C and/or B2B models
Advanced experience with relational databases, SQL programming, and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of Email Service Providers and CRM systems and processes
