Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of CRM Strategy in the Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement innovative business trends for successful CRM campaigns
  • Oversee strategic planning and creation of CRM campaigns through multiple channels
  • Develop and manage operational goals, monitor performance, and achieve customer service objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • At least 2 years of Digital Commerce experience in B2C and/or B2B models
  • Advanced experience with relational databases, SQL programming, and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Email Service Providers and CRM systems and processes
