Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Strategist to develop and implement high-level CRM strategies for higher education clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits of client CRM systems and provide expert guidance on strategy execution
  • Lead optimization efforts in data management, governance, communications, and analytics
  • Develop reporting and analytics to measure system performance and ROI
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
  • 3+ years of experience using multiple CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive Suite, especially Excel/Sheets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability to goals and team
