Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM/Sales System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as system owner and primary administrator for CRM and sales technology platforms
- Configure and manage workflows, templates, permissions, and user access
- Deliver training and support while driving system adoption and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
- Experience administering CRM platforms, preferably Total Expert
- Exposure to mortgage sales systems such as nCino or Mortgage Coach
- Strong understanding of mortgage sales workflows
- Highly organized with the ability to learn new systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
