Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM/Sales System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as system owner and primary administrator for CRM and sales technology platforms
  • Configure and manage workflows, templates, permissions, and user access
  • Deliver training and support while driving system adoption and performance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Experience administering CRM platforms, preferably Total Expert
  • Exposure to mortgage sales systems such as nCino or Mortgage Coach
  • Strong understanding of mortgage sales workflows
  • Highly organized with the ability to learn new systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
