Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Success Technical Director-CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain governance standards and documentation for the ServiceNow CRM platform
- Participate in solution design reviews and document integration patterns with adjacent systems
- Design and deliver training programs, track adoption metrics, and facilitate community practice sessions
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience administering or configuring ServiceNow with a focus on CSM, SOM, FSM, and Industry Solutions
- Working knowledge of core ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Understanding of CRM business processes including case management and order-to-cash workflows
- Experience with application governance activities such as change control and audit preparation
- Demonstrated experience in delivering platform training and user guides in an enterprise environment
