Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Success Technical Director-CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain governance standards and documentation for the ServiceNow CRM platform
  • Participate in solution design reviews and evaluate product enhancement requests
  • Design and deliver training programs for CRM end users and track adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience administering or configuring ServiceNow with exposure to CSM, SOM, FSM, and Industry Solutions
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer and Business Rules
  • Understanding of CRM business processes such as case management and order-to-cash
  • Experience with application governance activities like change control and audit preparation
  • Demonstrated experience delivering platform training and enablement content in an enterprise environment
