Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Success Technical Director-CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain governance standards and documentation for the ServiceNow CRM platform
- Participate in solution design reviews and evaluate product enhancement requests
- Design and deliver training programs for CRM end users and track adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience administering or configuring ServiceNow with exposure to CSM, SOM, FSM, and Industry Solutions
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer and Business Rules
- Understanding of CRM business processes such as case management and order-to-cash
- Experience with application governance activities like change control and audit preparation
- Demonstrated experience delivering platform training and enablement content in an enterprise environment
