Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Technical Specialist to drive their CRM strategy and manage their Dynamics 365 CE environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules to meet organizational objectives
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for marketing automation platforms and optimize customer journey workflows
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and provide technical support and documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation and support
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for customizations
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics SDK
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as dotdigital or HubSpot
  • Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
