Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager CRM & User Retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and optimize existing marketing journeys and triggers to enhance user engagement
  • Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to improve user retention and activation
  • Analyze retention metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost user engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with 3-4 years focused on CRM or retention marketing
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and mobile messaging tools like OneSignal
  • Proficiency in data integration and customer data platforms, preferably Segment
  • Analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets and visualization tools
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting
