Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager CRM & User Retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize existing marketing journeys and triggers to enhance user engagement
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns to improve user retention and activation
- Analyze retention metrics and implement data-driven strategies to boost user engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of marketing experience, with 3-4 years focused on CRM or retention marketing
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and mobile messaging tools like OneSignal
- Proficiency in data integration and customer data platforms, preferably Segment
- Analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets and visualization tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting
