Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Account Manager - E-commerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, leading structured calls and translating business goals into CRO strategies
  • Manage project execution in Click Up, ensuring clear briefs and quality assurance of design and development outputs
  • Conduct CRO audits and create roadmaps to improve conversion rates and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, websites, or Shopify
  • 2+ years of experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • 2+ years of experience as an account manager in an agency or similar environment
  • Experience leading delivery with design and development teams
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as CVR, AOV, and LTV
