CRO Consultant

Job Summary

To lead the product vision for ecommerce brand partners, the full-time remote CRO Consultant will manage A/B testing initiatives, collaborate with clients on business objectives, and oversee the development of the CRO program.

Key responsibilities

• Conceive and manage A/B, multivariate, and redirect testing initiatives using tools like Dynamic Yield
• Collaborate with clients to align on their short and long-term business objectives and plans
• Review analytics and data from Google Analytics and third-party platforms to report findings and identify new testing opportunities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Optimization/Personalization platforms (e.g., Dynamic Yield, Adobe Target)
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics)
• Experience with Google Workspace (sheets, slides, docs, Gmail)
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
