Job Summary
CRO Manager, responsible for full-time conversion rate optimization across a Shopify DTC experience, focusing on improving user experience, analytics, and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end conversion rate performance and optimize the purchase path for both acquisition and retention
- Lead A/B testing programs and analyze data to diagnose conversion barriers and present actionable insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign landing pages and post-purchase flows are optimized for conversion
Required Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in CRO, growth, or eCommerce optimization, with at least 2 years in DTC/Shopify
- Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue through structured experimentation
- Deep proficiency with analytics and testing tools such as GA4, Google Optimize, and Hotjar
- Strong understanding of Shopify's architecture and experience with premium/luxury DTC brands preferred
- Active and fluent usage of AI tools in daily workflows is mandatory
