CRO Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRO & Data Optimization Specialist to manage experimentation and optimization across the on-site funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across various funnels
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance performance across messaging, layout, and UX
• Pull and interpret data to identify user behavior patterns and translate findings into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in DTC eCommerce, including funnel and PDP optimization
• Hands-on experience with CRO and experimentation platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
• Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics, and behavior analytics tools
• Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
