Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRO & Data Optimization Specialist to manage experimentation and optimization across their on-site funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across various funnels
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve performance across messaging, layout, and UX
Analyze user behavior data to uncover insights and recommend actionable next steps

Required Qualifications

Deep experience in DTC eCommerce and funnel optimization
Hands-on experience with CRO and experimentation platforms
Strong analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics, and behavior analytics tools
Proficiency in using AI tools for data analysis and insight generation
