CRO Product Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Product Associate to optimize and innovate digital products aimed at increasing revenue and user conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Help build the web product roadmap and strategy for external partners alongside account managers and analytics teams
• Manage the digital product roadmap and pipeline, overseeing the creation and launch of new products
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and user flows that enhance user engagement and monetization

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in product management
• Ability to adapt to various project scopes, including UX and product scalability
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience is preferred
