CRO Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
• Develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan using data analysis
• Partner with design and development teams to recommend changes based on test results

Required Qualifications

• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or jQuery
• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with web content management systems such as WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn new technologies
