Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics and provide recommendations for accurate tracking
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify conversion strategies and user behavior trends
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools
• Hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
