Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics and recommend improvements for accurate tracking
• Utilize heatmap analysis, surveys, and user testing to identify pain points and optimize conversion rates
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with web content management systems such as Wordpress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools
• Hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools like Microsoft Clarity
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
