CRO Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking
• Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify conversion strategies and user behavior trends
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience using major web content management systems including Wordpress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools
• Hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
