CRO Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRO Specialist to enhance patient conversion through systematic funnel improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own conversion optimization across key funnel surfaces, including landing pages and intake flows
• Conduct qualitative research by interviewing patients and synthesizing insights into testable hypotheses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experimentation with company goals

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on CRO experience, preferably in lead-gen or sales-assisted funnels
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful tests
• Ability to conduct qualitative research to uncover patient needs
• Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting, with a strong understanding of A/B testing
• Familiarity with tools such as Webflow and Statsig for building and analyzing experiments
