Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract CRO Specialist to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Audit client websites and funnels to identify conversion blockers and prioritize opportunities
Build and manage testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests

Required Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on CRO experience on lead gen and/or eCommerce sites
Current GA4 certification (strictly required)
Proficiency with at least one testing platform: Optimizely, VWO, Convert, or AB Tasty
Experience with Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or FullStory
Solid working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio
