Job Summary

CRO Specialist, responsible for identifying website optimization opportunities and executing strategies to enhance conversion rates, working full-time in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics and recommend improvements for accurate tracking
• Utilize heatmap analysis tools and user testing to optimize user behavior and conversion rates
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience with major web content management systems like WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools
• Hands-on experience with heatmap analysis tools such as Microsoft Clarity
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
