CRO Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist will identify website optimization opportunities for clients and develop strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates through data analysis and testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and provide recommendations for accurate tracking
• Utilize heatmap analysis, session recordings, and user testing to identify pain points and optimize conversion rates
• Conduct competitor and market research to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan

Required qualifications:

• Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools
• Experience using major web content management systems including WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
• Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools and heatmap analysis tools
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
