Job Summary
Owning the experimentation roadmap, the part-time CRO Specialist / Product Manager will manage A/B tests, optimize marketing funnels, and enhance the mobile experience to drive conversion and retention metrics in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of experiments across acquisition, activation, checkout, and retention
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests while defining success metrics and calling results honestly
- Instrument and analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-off points and optimize the funnel
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in CRO, growth product, growth marketing, or product management with a focus on conversion in e-commerce/DTC and SaaS/app environments
- Experience in direct-response and e-commerce marketing, optimizing revenue funnels
- Proven track record of designing and running experiments that yield measurable conversion improvements
- Fluency with web and mobile analytics, capable of defining metrics and assessing statistical significance
- Strong product instincts and ability to write actionable specs for engineering and design teams
