A company is looking for a Contractor, CRO Strategist, Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for website testing, personalization, and usability improvements
• Build testing plans with hypotheses, goals, and execution details
• Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in testing and personalization using tools like Adobe Target or Optimizely
• Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Background in account and project management is preferred
• Analytical and critical thinking skills are essential
• Adobe Target Business Practitioner certification is preferred or the ability to obtain it within 3 months
