Job Summary

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Support Lead Strategists in executing data analysis, roadmapping, and optimization initiatives
Collect and analyze client datasets to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Assist in creating strategic roadmaps and contribute to eCommerce tactics and site performance optimization

Required Qualifications

Strong familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and direct Shopify experience (2+ years)
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics; GA4 experience is a plus (2+ years)
Knowledge of CRO and personalization tools such as Nosto and Optimizely
Ability to create client reports and strategic roadmaps with measurable goals
Experience in presenting recommendations and insights to clients and stakeholders
