CRO Team Lead
Job Summary
Leading the Experimentation team, the full-time remote CRO Team Lead will manage the experimentation roadmap, drive optimization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation
- Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences
- Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth
Required qualifications
- Higher education in a relevant field
- Knowledge of web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation
- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to turn data into actionable business insights
