Job Summary
Owning live partnerships end-to-end, the full-time remote Cross-Border Product Partner Manager will manage commercial and product relationships with cross-border partners, coordinating product workstreams, leading negotiations, and driving partnership growth.
Key responsibilities
- Run day-to-day relationships with partners, coordinating product workstreams and managing escalations
- Co-define integration scope with Product and Engineering, ensuring feasibility and value before launch
- Lead commercial negotiations and drive the formalization and growth of partnerships across various stages
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in product partnerships, ideally in e-commerce, cross-border, payments, or fintech
- Proven experience managing live, revenue-generating partnerships end-to-end
- Strong commercial negotiation skills with a focus on product fluency
- Technical fluency to engage with product, engineering, and partner teams on integrations
- Experience in stakeholder management across legal, product, engineering, and finance teams
