Job Summary
Owning the commercial and product relationships with cross-border partners, the full-time remote Cross-Border Product Partner Manager will manage live partnerships, coordinate product workstreams, and lead commercial negotiations to enhance merchant capabilities in international selling.
Key responsibilities
- Own live partnerships end-to-end, coordinating product workstreams and managing escalations
- Co-define integration scope with Product and Engineering, ensuring feasibility and value before launch
- Lead commercial negotiations, structuring terms based on a deep understanding of product and partner needs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product partnerships, particularly in e-commerce, cross-border, or payments
- Proven track record of managing live, revenue-generating partnerships beyond just deal signing
- Experience in commercial negotiation with a focus on product fluency
- Technical fluency to engage effectively with product, engineering, and partner teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills across various functions including legal and finance
