Cross-Functional Project Manager

Job Summary

To support high-visibility customer-facing campaigns, the temporary hybrid Cross-Functional Project Manager will manage complex project lifecycles from initial strategy intake through execution and launch while collaborating with internal and external teams in Culver City, CA or Cupertino, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex project lifecycles from initial strategy intake through execution, testing, and final customer-facing launch
• Partner closely with cross-functional engineering and software development teams to align marketing campaign schedules with broader technical project timelines
• Build comprehensive, executable project plans by investigating high-level project stories or partial information

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of dedicated project, program, or process management experience
• Proven track record working directly with software engineering, product, and technical teams
• Experience managing projects within large, fast-paced enterprise environments
• Strong experience using enterprise tools such as Wrike, Confluence, Quip, or Jira for project workflows
• Proactive self-starter with a strong ability to track down missing information and align action items
