Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cross Functional Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in the design, development, and implementation of test and production objects
• Plans, coordinates, and implements system-wide updates, upgrades, and patches for ERP systems
• Exercises supervisory authority over staff, including hiring, managing performance, and assigning tasks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Workday software, including configuration and integration
• 3+ years of experience with project tracking and change management tools
• 3+ years of experience providing IT/Software support and documenting business requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills related to diagnosing complex issues within Workday
• High level of comfort adapting to changes in software solutions while managing competing priorities
