Crowd Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crowd Support Specialist to manage global AI data operations and support project execution during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute projects with crowd workers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
• Provide active support to users and contributors, resolving issues and guiding them through project workflows
• Manage vendor relationships and communications, including pricing discussions and partner outreach

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT, communications, or related fields preferred
• Relevant experience in support operations, community management, customer service, or project coordination
• Prior experience in night shift or global support roles is preferred
• Exposure to crowdsourcing, partner ecosystems, or data projects is an advantage
