CrowdStrike Identity Security Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and operational health of CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection and Cloud Security, the full-time remote CrowdStrike Identity Security Engineer will proactively identify threats, lead governance communications, and drive improvements in identity and cloud security for a large federal agency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy, implementation, and operational health of CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection and CSPM capabilities
• Proactively identify identity-based threats and misconfigurations, driving remediation in accordance with client policies
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client leadership on identity and cloud security matters

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on administration of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform
• Demonstrated expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon Identity Protection and strong working knowledge of CrowdStrike Cloud Security (CSPM)
• Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Active Directory and Azure AD
• Hands-on cloud security experience with Microsoft Azure, including IAM and network security
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; must be eligible for and willing to obtain a public trust clearance
