Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRT Claims Examiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Appeal or correct CRT claims in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines
- Verify coding accuracy and ensure all required documentation is included with claims
- Track outstanding claims and communicate with the Payer Team to address rejections and appeal denied claims
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in medical claims processing, billing, or revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of DME and CRT billing, including payer rules
- Experience with HCPCS coding and medical necessity documentation for CRT products
- Certification in medical billing and coding (e.g., CPC, CPB, CRCS)
- Prior experience working for a CRT provider or DME supplier
