Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRT Claims Examiner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Appeal or correct CRT claims in compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance guidelines
  • Verify coding accuracy and ensure all required documentation is included with claims
  • Track outstanding claims and communicate with the Payer Team to address rejections and appeal denied claims
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in medical claims processing, billing, or revenue cycle management
  • Knowledge of DME and CRT billing, including payer rules
  • Experience with HCPCS coding and medical necessity documentation for CRT products
  • Certification in medical billing and coding (e.g., CPC, CPB, CRCS)
  • Prior experience working for a CRT provider or DME supplier
