Cruise Consultant delivers personalized services to clients in a full-time role, responsible for booking vacations, providing recommendations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and prepare proposals for clients
• Process quote requests and manage client bookings efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of travel industry experience, preferably in the cruise market
• Knowledge of various cruise lines, ships, and global destinations
• Experience with Cruise Line booking tools
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Zoom
• Experience in a Cruise Line or Travel Agency is required
