Cruise Line Program Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the in-kind Cruise Line program, the remote Cruise Line Program Specialist will handle booking requests for wishes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support chapter staff in optimizing program utilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Cruise Line in-kind program in support of chapter wish requests
• Advise and support chapters on program utilization while collaborating with the Corporate Alliances team
• Analyze, track, and report on program utilization, synthesizing chapter feedback to enhance program impact

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 1-3 years of non-profit experience required; experience in Make-A-Wish chapter or similar organization preferred
• Experience with travel planning, including coordination of medical needs during travel
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce systems preferred
