Cruise Vacation Planner

Job Summary

Proactively converting qualified leads into deposited bookings, the full-time remote Cruise Vacation Planner will develop relationships with new and returning guests, deliver personalized sales experiences, and maintain accurate CRM documentation while achieving revenue and productivity targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound leads and convert opportunities into deposited bookings while exceeding sales targets
• Develop a portfolio of new and returning guests to drive repeat business and referrals through personalized outreach
• Document guest interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems to enhance the sales process and guest experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment, preferably in travel or luxury retail
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and booking performance targets
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build and manage guest relationships
• Strong computer aptitude and familiarity with CRM and productivity applications
