Key Responsibilities

• Manage insurance authorization requests, claim submissions, and charge postings for cryo-storage services
• Conduct follow-ups on unpaid claims and collaborate with internal departments and insurance representatives to resolve issues
• Analyze denial trends and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the billing cycle

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant hands-on experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in billing and collections
• Proficiency in computer use and medical software programs
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience in fertility billing and collections is preferred
