Cryopreservation Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cryopreservation Billing Specialist to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on denials by correcting, resubmitting, or appealing claims as appropriate
• Review and investigate accounts flagged for collections and collaborate with collections agencies
• Provide monthly and ad hoc reporting on claim status, denials, collections, and authorization trends

Required Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma with relevant hands-on experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare preferred
• Billing, collection, and fertility experience preferred
• Computer proficiency and experience with medical software programs required
• Excellent spreadsheet skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
