Crypto Exchange Business Leader

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operational performance of the global crypto exchange business, the fully remote Head of Business, Crypto Exchanges will drive growth initiatives, manage licensing and compliance, and oversee product development to enhance competitive offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow the spot crypto business, including B2C trading and B2B2C Crypto-as-a-Service
• Build and execute licensing strategies while ensuring compliance and overseeing audits
• Design growth initiatives and manage vendor contracts to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in crypto exchanges or regulated trading venues, with at least 3 years in a business line ownership role
• Direct experience with VASP, MSB, or equivalent licensing regimes
• Working knowledge of exchange mechanics and crypto operations
• Experience selling B2B infrastructure to institutional clients, including technical integration
• Track record managing vendor contracts at a commercial scale
