Key Responsibilities

• Lead US and Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations
• Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade operations associates
• Engage with customers, resolve trade differences, and manage trading desk operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience running middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange
• Proven ability to build and manage a customer service-focused team providing 24/5 coverage
• Professional trading experience in crypto
• Knowledge of US crypto regulations
