Crypto Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Counsel, Crypto.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in legal affairs for markets and products, advising on securities, banking, and insurance laws
• Offer legal, business, and strategic advice to internal teams regarding Real-World Asset digital tokens and financial products
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the product life cycle and build relationships with ecosystem players

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as outside counsel or in-house counsel in financial services, particularly in securities and cryptocurrency
• Expertise in securities laws, including the Securities Act of 1933 and related regulations
• Experience with regulatory agencies (SEC, CFTC) is a plus
• J.D. and membership with at least one state bar
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for financial markets and crypto assets
