Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trader to deploy and manage capital across various trading strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage trading strategies on centralized and decentralized venues
• Monitor positions, inventory levels, and P&L in real time, making necessary adjustments
• Maintain and improve internal trading operations tooling and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in crypto trading, market-making, or liquidity provisioning
• Solid understanding of AMM mechanics and order book dynamics
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Python or similar is a plus
• Rigorous approach to risk management and exposure tracking
• Self-directed and adaptable, comfortable working in a remote-first environment
