Job Summary

A company is looking for a CSAT Analyst to provide oversight of Customer Satisfaction functions for partner programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead calibration exercises for QA team members and ensure timely completion of DSAT categorization
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to partner leaders, advocating for improvements based on data analysis
  • Prepare and present CSAT-related reports and slides, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance for customer service or BPOs
  • Ability to learn and adapt to partner culture, processes, and policies quickly
  • Understanding of statistical significance and data analysis methods
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in QMS platforms, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Organized with effective time management skills
