A company is looking for a CSC Phone Healthcare Customer Service Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls from providers, referral sources, and potential patients
  • Collecting and entering clinical and demographic information into the company's portal
  • Assisting customers and patients with basic and complex requests

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in a call center environment (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Good computer skills
  • Value accountability, consistency, and engagement through excellent attendance
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to care for others
